Tone up with Sophia Miacova

We teamed up with Sophia Miacova who is our ultimate 2017 body inspiration. Here are her top-tips to getting fit, looking fire and banishing all those bits we ain’t that keen on. Make sure to warm up and then cool down as part of your workout!

Set 1

For thighs, bum and shoulders. Can be done with or without weight. Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times. 4 if you’re showing off.

Set 2

Also to tone thighs, bum and core. Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times. 4 if your legs don’t feel like they’re going to fall off.

Set 3

Find a step, or low chair for this and work slowly to tone legs, core and bum. Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

Set 4

Last lower body exercise, thank god! Can be done with or without weight, or tins of beans! Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

Set 5

For abs, core and bum. Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

Set 6

Moving onto arms, especially them bingo wings. Don’t over face yourself with a heavy weight, these will hurt the next day! Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

Set 7

Another arm buster, again don’t over face yourself with weight, or brushing your teeth will be an issue the next day. Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

Set 8

For shoulders, abs and core. This is hard, take your time to get your balance and work slowly to really engage those abs! Do 10 of these, rest for 1 minute and do another 10. Repeat 3 times.

You’re done! Do this 3 times a week alongside 30 minutes of Hiit aerobic exercise and you’ll look like Sophia, well we can’t promise anything but you will get fit, healthy and toned. Now you can go eat some carbs and not feel guilty, nice one!
